happyz is a personal project. Your privacy matters to us — here's what you need to know.
What we collect
Short answer: not much. happyz doesn't require you to create an account or sign in. We don't collect your name, email address, or any personal information through the app.
Analytics
We may use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used — things like which screens are visited most and general usage patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Third-party services
The app uses the following services to operate:

Supabase — hosts our venue and deal data

Google Places — provides venue photos and location information
•
Vercel — hosts the web version of the app
These services may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Location data
The map feature may request your location to centre the map near you. This uses your browser's built-in location prompt — we don't store your position or send it to any server. If you decline, the map defaults to a central location.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We don't sell or share any data with advertisers. Ever.
Age
happyz is not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes to this policy, we'll update this page with a new effective date.
