happyz is completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any venue listed in the app. All deal information is sourced from publicly available information.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep deal information accurate and up to date. However:

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided by the app. This includes:

Any inability to access the app
For venues
If you are a venue owner or manager and believe any information about your venue is incorrect, please contact us and we will update it promptly.
Intellectual property
Deal information displayed in the app is sourced from public data and remains the property of the respective venues. The app's design, code, and branding are our own.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any similar legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
